About Grayce

Grayce is a technology-enabled platform for aging and elder care. The company sells into employers as a benefit, providing employees who are supporting a vulnerable relative with expert guidance, personalized content, and vetted resources ranging from finance and legal planning, to living situations and household help.

Why Now

Caregiver absenteeism costs the US economy $25.2B in lost productivity, with 1 in 6 Americans helping care for an elderly or disabled family member. 10M caregivers aged 50+ lose ~$3 trillion in wages, pensions, retirement funds, and benefits. Grayce was created to support this population, with resources and recommendations across the range of challenges that caregivers face.
