Goby is shaking up the oral care industry, starting with the toothbrush. We launched with our first product: an innovative electric toothbrush expertly designed for today's modern consumer. By selling direct-to-consumer, we offer only the highest quality products sold at a fair and honest price. Our subscription service eliminates the worry associated with maintaining a healthy oral care routine. Goby focuses on the details so our customers can focus on everything else. We are setting the stage to revolutionize the category, in the mouths of individuals and across society at large. Goby raised $2mm in seed funding from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Red Sea Ventures, BBG Ventures, Correlation Ventures, Galvanize and Rosecliff Ventures in 2016.

Our team is rapidly growing and is seeking a Product Manager to manage and drive the development of a next generation oral care platform, connecting our consumers with our dental partners. This is a rare opportunity to come in as the first product hire for a fast growing company that has achieved product/market fit. In this role, you will develop product requirements and then work closely with senior team members to ensure we develop solutions that provide maximum value to customers through an outstanding user experience. Your work will be a material driver of value and growth for the overall organization.

- Identify new strategic product opportunities that will help us stay cutting edge and lead execution on those opportunities
- Defining the business and user goals of your features and product area, creating process and system specifications for our operations, and working across teams to implement them
- Generating insights from data and user research to inform decisions, create learnings, and measure success.
- Measure the success of product features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven and customer informed iteration
- Working with engineers, designers and other internal stakeholders to create specs and implement features.

- Experienced - Have worked directly with engineers and designers in product management roles for 2-3+ years
- Curious - A pension for asking why. Intellectual curiosity and strong creative problem-solving skills, especially across non-technical teams
- Strategic and analytical - You can turn new, vague ideas into implementable projects and identify new opportunities that move the needle. You use data to clarify decisions wherever possible
- Entrepreneurial - Have the ability to thrive in a high growth environment and a self starter with the ability to drive the business forward
An end-to-end thinker - You can look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to nitty-gritty operational details.
- User-centric - You have a passion for user experience, and you can do everything from user research to working closely with designers to create a best-in-class experience
- Collaborative - You love helping engineers, designers, operations experts, and other teams around you do their best work. You solve problems with others and can also take the lead on larger cross-functional projects
- Organized - You are a natural at project managing multiple small and large projects at the same time and getting things done.

- Comfortable writing basic SQL queries
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces
