On the product team, we analyze the talent industry and talk to our customers to identify opportunities and prioritize our product roadmap. We then translate our team’s product vision into reality through writing specs, wireframes, and user stories. We work closely with engineering and data science to manage the release process and ensure coordination. And lastly, we work with the client success and marketing teams to ensure features and products are brought to market successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop and prioritizes product features and help build our product roadmap
  • Work with our customers and client success team to build a deep understanding of our clients needs and the current market landscape
  • Prioritize a roadmap in order to achieve product goals and metrics
  • Write specs and user stories to translate product features into a detailed document of what needs to be built across teams (data + eng)
  • Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of the products
  • Coordinate project creation and planning with team members and team leads
  • Create product documentation to communicate and align on the key components of upcoming features and products to internal teams
  • Champion the user and client experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in a product management role, ideally with experience at a B2B startup
  • Strong quantitative analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an understanding of how to tailor your communication to different groups
  • Demonstrated project management skills, either in a professional or academic environment
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
