is tackling the complexities of a real estate transaction.

About MaxHome

MaxHome is an AI-native platform designed specifically for residential real estate brokerages. Its AI-powered operating system automates transaction management, compliance, and agent workflows, reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency. By simplifying back-office tasks, MaxHome helps brokerages reduce operational costs, improve margins, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Why Now

Typically, a real estate transaction is the largest purchase in an individual's lifetime, and agents play a critical part of the process, establishing trust and confidence in the outcome. The real estate industry is facing increased pressure on commissions, with potential rulings separating buyer and seller agent fees. This could cut commissions by 30%, as buyers bypass agents, forcing brokerages to justify their value and improve efficiency—a key strength of MaxHome. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement to eliminate automatic commissions intensifies this shift. Plus, rising interest rates have slowed market activity, driving brokerages to cut costs in an already low-margin business, creating tailwinds for MaxHome.
